If there are still residues after cleaning, or if the cleaning performance is not satisfactory; or if you notice rust stains, discoloration, spots, or other signs of possible corrosion inside the unit or on metal parts, this may be caused by improper use of cleaning agents.
Solutions:
- Confirm the type of cleaning agent being used. Please first check whether you are using a Momcozy washing tablet, a descaling tablet, or a third-party cleaning agent.

Confirm the placement location.
- Momcozy cleaning tablet (for daily cleaning): Follow the recommended dosage in the user manual and place the tablet directly at the bottom of the inner tub. Do not place it on the upper rack or inside the water tank.
- Descaling tablet (for periodic descaling): Use only when descaling is needed. Placement location, dosage, and program selection should follow the instructions in the corresponding model's user manual and the descaling tablet packaging. Do not use it as a substitute for daily washing tablets.
- Other cleaning agents: Prioritize products recommended by Momcozy or clearly labeled as suitable for baby bottle washers, and strictly follow the product instructions for dosage. Avoid using high-foam hand-washing dish soap, strong acids/alkalis, chlorine-based bleach, solvents, abrasive powders, or other cleaning agents not supported by the user manual.
- Avoid mixing. Use only one type of cleaning agent for its intended purpose at a time, following the instructions. Do not combine or mix different cleaning agents on your own.
- Run the program according to the instructions. Select the appropriate wash or descaling cycle as specified in the corresponding model's user manual, and strictly follow the recommended dosage.
If the washer shows obvious residues, unusual odors, abnormal foaming, signs of rust/corrosion, or any error alerts, please stop using it immediately and contact Momcozy manual support.
