Tip: A short press may only pause the breast pump. To turn it off, press and hold the power button until the display turns off and the pump motor stops.
Solution
- If the breast pump is on your breast, gently insert a clean finger between your breast and the flange to release the seal, then remove it.
- Press and hold the power button until the display turns off and the pump motor stops.
- Make sure the power button is clean, dry, and not stuck, then try again.
- If the pump motor still does not turn off, remove it from the milk collector, place it on a clean, dry surface, and do not use or charge it again.
