Problem Description
Why does my M9 display show a star icon or “A1”?
Solution
A star icon or “A1” on the display means that Customized Mode has been activated. This is a normal display and does not indicate a problem with the breast pump.
Note
If you did not activate Customized Mode or the display cannot be changed, please feel free to contact us and provide:
- A clear photo or short video showing the display.
- A clear photo of the pump unit’s suction hole area, with the SN QR code clearly visible.
- Your Order Number.
