This type of white residue or mineral marks is usually more like limescale or mineral deposits and does not necessarily indicate a machine malfunction. We recommend first descaling using a 1:1 mixture of water and vinegar. And we suggest to perform descaling every 4 weeks, especially important in hard water areas.
