This type of white residue or mineral marks is usually more like limescale or mineral deposits and does not necessarily indicate a machine malfunction. We recommend first descaling using a Momcozy descaling tablet or food-grade citric acid placed directly in the wash chamber; do not place them in the water tank. And we suggest to perform descaling every 4 weeks, especially important in hard water areas.
