Solution:
1. Fully charge the device, disconnect the charging cable, and record the start time and full-charge indication.
2. If it cannot reach full charge, use the charging FAQ first.
3. Select one built-in sound, set volume to about 50%, turn the light off, and turn the timer off.
4. Exit Bluetooth and use a built-in sound only.
5. Run on battery for 2 hours, or stop earlier if the device turns off.
6. Record the end time and battery indication.
7. Do not repeat a full-discharge test.
